This is an image I've had in my head basically since Nuri's death, but I've only just finally got it drawn out. (And the themesong relevance continues.)

I don't talk about it nearly as much as I talk about Pangur, (probably because I've often found myself frustrated with her and wanting to slap her silly,) but I do love Shibui a lot. I don't usually play characters with tragic/abusive backstories, because I feel like... there's a lot of those, and a character doesn't really need to have a tragic background to be a good character. But I cannot tell a lie, it really makes her fun to play. She's got a lot of baggage and a lot of leftover trauma and self-worth issues, but she really loves her brother, and she really loves Firo, and whatever she says, she really loves her tribe too, for being a home to her, and the cats of ET for making it a home. 

I'm just really really grateful to Zaa for letting me play Kintsu's sister. It has been, and continues to be, such a ride. <3
